THE MICRODOSING
TRIFECTA
There is no single exercise
that gets you in shape.

Awareness. Strength. Movement. Practice.
Different practices develop
different capacities.
The objectve inn't to find the
one perfect exercise.
It's to understand what you're
training - and why.

YOU WOULDN'T
ONLY DO ONE EXERCISE.
Imagine going to the gym and doing exactly the same exercise every time. No matter what your body needed. No matter what you were trying to develop.
You might need cardio. You might need strength. You might need flexibility. And at different points in your development, one of those may deserve more attention than the others.
Emotional fitness isn't so different. We all have areas where we're flexible, areas where we're strong,
areas where we avoid discomfort, areas where we become reactive, areas where we get stuck.
The purpose of practice is not to become perfect.
It's to develop greater capacity.
THREE DIFFERENT FORMS OF PRACTICE
PSILOCYBIN
YOGA
Awareness + Flexibility

Yoga asks you to notice. Where are you tight? Where are you holding tension? Where are you rigid? Where could you create more space?
SAN PEDRO
STRENGTH
Grounding + Capacity

Strength isn't the absence of discomfort. It's the ability to remain present with something difficult
without immediately collapsing, escaping or reacting.
UNICORN
THE CARDIO
Movement + Momentum

Cardio creates movement. Energy circulates. The system gets activated. Interrupting inertia helps
familiar patterns become visible.
Each exercise develops something different. And at different times, one practice may deserve more attention than another.

MEDICINE
OPENS THE DOOR.
An experience may shift perspective and create an opportunity.

YOU ARE
THE MEDICINE.
You create the change through your attention, choices and actions.

THE BRAIN CHANGES
THROUGH REPETITION.
Insight is not the same as training. What you repeat teaches.

CONSISTENCY
CREATES CHANGE.
Practice makes new patterns familiar. Change is something you practice.
