A typical Magnesium dose is 120 mg, but if that feels like too much, consider starting with 60 or 80 mg.

 

It’s best to take it on a slightly empty stomach—try to avoid taking it right after a big meal. Ideally, have a meal a few hours before. Take time to set clear intentions and create a beautiful, comfortable setting. Once you’re ready, take your initial dose. For some, one dose is plenty.

 

If you’d like to take a booster, wait at least 90 minutes to 2 hours.

 

The booster can range from 60mg up to 80mg. Remember, the effects typically last 3 to 6 hours, so make sure your environment is supportive and enjoyable. Have fun and stay safe!
